CareerLinks’ success revolves around two key components. The first, and most important, is the professional services and assistance provided by a team of PGA Career Consultants.
PGA Career Consultants make the CareerLinks process fast and efficient by providing employers with materials, tools and guidance to facilitate the hiring process. In addition, Consultants assist with needs analysis, position descriptions, customized compensation data, resume screening strategies, interview questions and much more.
The second component of CareerLinks is an automated database search system that can instantly identify qualified PGA candidates based on the employer’s specific search specifications.
Your PGA Career Consultant will work with the employer to develop a desired candidate profile and geographic search area, and then CareerLinks will search the database and notify those PGA Professionals who match the profile. Interested candidates will forward their resumes to the employer, who can review the resumes, conduct an interview and hire the candidate of their choice.
