While excluded from the initial round of PPP loans, certain organizations classified as 501(c)(6) are now eligible to apply.

To qualify, a 501(c)(6) must employ 300 or fewer people, not receive more than 15% of its revenue from lobbying, the lobbying activities of the organization must not comprise more than 15% of the total activities of the organization, not be operated as a sports league and the cost of lobbying activities of the organization does not exceed $1,000,000 during the most recent tax year that ended prior to February 15, 2020.
